Review: Rogue One was better than I expected. I liked getting to see what happened before A New Hope. The acting, as in most Star Wars movies, was not that impressive though. Nice action flick.

Review: A Netflix original about hazing in a black fraternity. The acting is good, the scenes are raw and believable, but you never get a feel for the characters. Too bad, because in the end that leaves the film less than memorable.

Review: A very entertaining documentary about scientology by Louis Theroux. Nothing really new comes out in this one, but I love how he handles these complete lunatics.

Review: I don't know what it is about Paterson, but I really loved it. Nothing much happens in it, but the way the life of the characters goes on, the more I want to be around them.

Review: I can't even begin to say how much I've been looking forward to this film. I'm still in love with the original film, so needless to say I was psyched about this one. And it's good. It's just not as good as I had hoped. It relies a bit too much on the first film, and don't really seem to be able to stand on it's own two feet. Worth watching of course if you, like me, loved the first film, but all in all it's not that special.

Review: The actor Andy Whitfield was unknown to me before watching this documentary. Don't want to give away too much of it if you never heard of him, but it was a warm and human story about this man and his struggles.

Review: This dramatization about Edward Snowden and his work to release classified information regarding illegal mass surveillance is worth watching. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is the perfect actor for this role and the result is great in capturing the character.
